WAVES OF TIME

Life moves in waves—sometimes steady, sometimes unpredictable. The lines bend, stretch, and shift, much like our goals and the paths we take to reach them. This piece reflects that rhythm, the movement of discipline, the rise and fall of effort, and the patience needed to achieve something meaningful.

I have goals. One of my biggest goals is to become the strongest version of myself—to be relentless in doing things the right way. I know I’m not perfect. None of us are. We weren’t born with all the answers, and many people struggle to even see the reality of the world.

But what keeps us moving forward is happiness. Fulfillment. They intertwine, pushing away doubt and hopelessness. Staying strong means following through—whether it’s eating better, writing a book, lying on the floor staring at the ceiling, or simply being present. Any pursuit, no matter how small, is worth mastering.

Sometimes, we don’t know where our dreams come from. Maybe from the mind, maybe the heart. Maybe someone planted the idea in passing, and it took root. But what matters is that we believe in the chase. That we commit to the discomfort of growth, trusting that, in time, it will blossom.

Hate is not the answer. Elimination isn’t the solution. Forgiveness is where true strength lies. When you forgive yourself, you radiate beauty. You are golden.

Trust yourself. Love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Set a goal, follow its course, and become someone.
